CART/HORSE RECORDS is an online only label. All of the currency transactions happen through Bandcamp. This allows us to structure it in a way such that the artists receive 100% of the money and financial control of their work. While much of the music will be available for donation or free streaming, individual artists can choose how much to charge for their music. We provide a curatorial selection, an amount of virtual "foot traffic", and some promotion for the artists. Ultimately the idea is that of a collective where a bunch of disparate but interesting and challenging musicians can share a space and hopefully a curious fan base.
